Wanted to take this Friday just as an opportunity to catch everybody up on where things are at with Eternity:

- We continue to get closer in our pursuit of a worship leader.  Please pray for both Eternity and this individual as we continue our discussions over the upcoming weeks.

- We have developed positive relationships and, in some cases, strong friendships with over 10 pastors and two Directors of Missions in the immediate Jefferson City area.  Please pray that God would strengthen those relationships over the coming months as they will be vital sources of personal encouragement and potential financial support.

-  We have begun the non-profit incorporation process.  We are currently in the beginning stages with securing a permanent address in the Jefferson City area and will proceed with all the necessary financial and legal documents over the coming weeks.  Please pray that this process goes smoothly as it will really help Eternity from the start once we are relocated to Jefferson City.

- We have put on the calendar two vision meetings which will both be held on Sunday nights this summer:  July 27th & August 24th.  Please pray for us as we prepare for these and think through what God would have us to do through these meetings.

- Our family has begun the process of working with financial institutions in the Jefferson City area both for our personal banking and for future commercial banking.  In the short term, we simply need to find a home and get approved for a mortgage.  Please pray that God would show us favor in this area.

-  We continue to receive interest from people in the Jefferson City area who are interested in hearing more about Eternity.  The prospects of having a significant core group by mid-fall are brighter every day.

-  We currently have raised over $11,000 in actual funds for Eternity and combining that with pledges we have raised just a little over $23,000.  Please pray that God would continue to show us mercy and favor with our friends, family, and others to continue financing the mission of Eternity to advance the Gospel.

- We continue to be prayed for diligently by God’s people at Grace Place in Lamar, MO.  I’ll never be able to express my gratitude enough for the spirit and love that they have shown us.

- Finally, none of this would have ever come to pass had it not been for LifePoint.  We are eternally indebted for this great church and the prospect of leaving it becomes harder and harder as the day gets closer.  There are very exciting days ahead at LifePoint and it will be hard to not be present for them.   Please pray for me as I will be preaching several times over the coming weeks not only at LifePoint, but also at Mystery, First Baptist Church of Linn, and potentially others.
