		<description>"Life is what matures us." Wow, did he really say that? I'm thinking of a five letter word that starts with 'g' and ends in 'race'.

Marriage and children aren't inherently more maturing than a Bible study (in fact, we might safely say that a Bible study is inherently more maturing because God has promised to use his Word to transform us). God's grace, working through his own pleasing means, introduces spiritual growth and transformation into the image of Christ.

That should be directly proportionate to time spent in the company of God's people sitting under the proclamation of God's Word. The fact that it does not always is not an indication that the method is wrong, just the heart.

All that being said, he does raise good fodder for conversation and thought.</description>
